Testing August 2nd Boone

Terry Pierce and Mayumi Case sensei's will be at our dojo saturday August 2nd for multiple pre-tests. We will start @ 9:30am and go until around 4pm.
Taigi competition Japan 6/23-6/28

Our own Chris McKinney and Ryan Smith will be at World Camp and Taigi competition June 23-28. Chris will be competing in his first Taigi competition,and teaching us all in the weeks to follow.
Paul Zimmerman Sensei Receives Shodan

Appalachian Ki Aikido is pleased to announce that our own Sensei Paul Zimmerman has achieved the rank of Shodan (first degree black belt). On March 28th, many were fortunate to participate in Zimmerman Sensei's test under the direction of David Shaner Sensei.
Weekend EKF Seminar

The Eastern Ki Federation is holding an official weekend seminar May 23-25th in Greenville SC. Please go to EKF web site for info.
Saturday Seminar

This Saturday, 2/23/08, Mayumi Case Sensei will be teaching all day at the Boone Podiatry dojo. We'll get pizza around 12:30.

All adult students are welcome.
